Job Description

Our client the specializes in designing and installing structures for the oil and gas industry particularly for offshore drilling platforms.

Position: Painting QC Inspector

Salary: 50000 - 55000 THB.

Employment Status: Contract 3 Months

Working Hour: Mon Fri 7.30 17.00 and Sat 7.30 12.00 PM.

Office Location: Laemchabang Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities

  • To perform painting PFP Galvanizing Insulation Thermal Spray inspection activities as per project ITP to meet project requirement company procedure and standard/code.
  • Perform inspection painting PFP Galvanizing Insulation Thermal Spray jointly with subcontractors QC and clients as per ITP requirement for verify quality with compliance of project specification and standard/code.
  • Monitor and record environment data fitness for coating work i.e. Wet & Dry Temperature Humidity dew Point Surface Temperature
  • Establish (or obtain) and review daily inspection report prepared by applicator/contractor for client review approval
  • Conduct consumable (paints) receiving inspection ensure acceptance of batch certificates
  • Assist the Painting QC Inspection Team Lead in reviewing contractors MDR (Manufacturing Data Reports) and ensuring timely completion as per assignment.
  • Ensure all site coating/inspection equipment meets calibration requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma certificate
  • NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector NACE CSWIP/BGAS SSPC or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of QC Quality Controls experience in Oil & Gas industry or related
  • Knowledge of specifications
  • Able to utilize specific inspection equipment & tools at job.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings specifications standards & codes etc.
  • Understand English and able to use writing and speaking
  • Able to learn and adopt to work fast
  • Able to take assignments and report regularly.
  • Team player spirit to all parties involved Qualifications
  • Able to work under conditions
