This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving innovation overseeing technology operations and aligning engineering excellence with the broader organizational vision. We are looking for a highly accomplished Engineering leader to lead and scale our engineering function.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the engineering team overseeing architecture design development pipelines and contributing individually when needed.

- Monitor and optimize key engineering KPIs including sprint velocity delivery timelines incident resolution and defect rates to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.

- Own architectural decisions for major projects ensuring reliability security and scalability of the entire tech stack.

- We are a growing startup with an Engineering team of 40-50 people with an average age of 25-30 years.
- Hands-on engineering leader with 8 - 12 years of work experience with strong team management and leadership is highly desirable.
