Job Title: Programme Manager - Financial Reporting and Controls
Location: Cambridge London
Employment type: Fixed Term 18 -24 Months

Previous Experience: Proven track record in leading complex finance transformation programmes particularly in financial reporting systems and controls. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale multi-stakeholder initiatives in a global organisation ideally with experience in PCAOB or SOX-compliant environments and dual GAAP (IFRS and US GAAP) reporting.
The Job
As Programme Manager Financial Reporting and Controls you will lead the delivery and governance of a high-impact programme to enhance AVEVAs financial control environment align with PCAOB requirements and implement dual GAAP (IFRS and US GAAP) reporting. Reporting to the SVP Finance Operations you will coordinate multiple workstreams across the organisation manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure successful integration of new processes and systems. This role is critical to ensuring compliance efficiency and continuity during a period of significant transformation.
