About The Role:
  • Grade C 25992 - 27711 per annum
  • 37 hours per week - part time working considered
  • Temporary Contract - 10 months

As a Facilities Management Administration Assistant in a small but ambitious team you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of council services as well as helping to develop and implement the councils vision and priorities.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer care skills to assist the Asset Management team in managing the councils property portfolio. You will be required to work alongside officers and councilors to proactively manage the councils assets.

Working within a constructive team environment we are looking for a motivated individual who have the ability to manage themselves and their workload. Good organisational skills are also important.

Working within the public sector gives a unique experience that we think can provide a fantastic opportunity for career development.

Ideal candidates will be considered for a part-time or full-time basis that meets the services delivery requirements.
