The role of the Specification Sales Manager Rainscreen Cladding will involve:
Field-based specification sales role promoting high-end rainscreen cladding systems facades and masonry.
- Winning and tracking specifications (commercial projects) developing strong relationships with architects specifiers and design-led practices.
- Delivering RIBA-accredited CPD presentations to secure early-stage specifications
- Targeting projects in the commercial high-rise residential education healthcare build-to-rent and student accommodation sectors
- Supported by internal sales PR and marketing teams using Barbour ABI and other project lead generation tools

The candidate for the Specification Sales Manager Rainscreen Cladding
- Field sales experience within the external building envelope sector
Knowledge of the specification sales process - Background in rainscreen cladding EWI curtain walling facing bricks facades fire boards insulation render systems or other faade solutions is advantageous
- Strong new business drive ideally suited to someone who can open doors and build brand visibility in the region
- Well-organised structured and self-motivated with a track record of delivering sales growth
- May suit someone from a lesser-known brand ready to make an impact and build a name in the market
