- Managing a 10m area with Local Authorities Contractors & Merchants
Area Sales Manager - external construction products (public & private sector)
Area - West Midlands and North West
- This is a field / home based / territory sales / Area Sales Manager role covering the North West and West Midlands representing a market leading major brand within the construction industry.
- As Area Sales Manager you will be managing an established area with a turnover of circa 10m.
- This role is a mixture of account management tracking projects and developing new business targeting Contractors Public Sector customers Local Authorities and Builders Merchants - tracking projects a pipeline and submitting tenders.
- As Area Sales Manager you will manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers that include Procurement Managers Branch Managers Engineering Managers Architects Stores Managers etc.
- You will be tasked with collaborating with colleagues who will support you.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager

- We are less concerned by product and route to market but keen to speak to candidates that have strong track records and successful sales backgrounds.
