Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield North Lakes as a Services Attendant where youll help create exceptional experiences that make every customers visit seamless and enjoyable.
Providing a seamless experience across Car Park and Concierge services this role is all about making each interaction effortlesswelcoming customers with warmth assisting with their needs and ensuring smooth enjoyable visits. Youll play a hands-on role in creating a positive service-focused environment that leaves a lasting impression and keeps customers coming back.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service across Concierge and Car Park adapting to different responsibilities each shift.
- Greeting and assisting customers offering directional guidance service information and tailored support.
- Promoting and processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
- Managing administrative tasks such as lost property online and phone inquiries.
- Managing traffic flow maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and well-organised car park during car park shifts.
- Assisting customers and retailers with parking inquiries providing clear guidance and support as needed.
- Operating a buggy safely within the car park to assist with safety checks or operational needs.
This role is a casual position ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

- Confident working in a busy fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail hospitality or guest services
- Hold a valid drivers license (Provisional or Full license accepted)
