Position Overview: As an LMHP you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments LOCUS/CALOCUS and developing Treatment Plans for children and adults.. You will ensure the quality and effectiveness of mental health services provided by our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and appropriate interventions.
LOCUS/CALOCUS: Apply LOCUS and CALOCUS tools to assess clients levels of care and develop suitable treatment plans.
Crisis Planning: Create and implement crisis plans to manage immediate client needs effectively.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments treatment plans and supervision.
Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
Current and valid LCSW of LPC license in the State of Louisiana
At least 2 years of clinical experience including supervision and assessment.
Certification in LOCUS and CALOCUS tools.
Strong crisis intervention skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
