We Are Looking For

The Senior Supplier Performance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supplier relationships. This role involves a higher level of responsibility and leadership in managing supplier performance addressing issues and implementing improvement plans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Upload purchase order confirmations from suppliers
• Upload and review responses from suppliers regarding part delivery status
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies
• Enter quotes from suppliers and inter-company as needed
• Address suppliers slow to respond and/or non-responsive
• Expedite specific urgent items as required
• Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for chronically late suppliers
• Lead improvement efforts with suppliers
• Communicate delivery improvement plan actions with Sales and Purchasing leadership teams
• Manage multiple and changing priorities daily
• Take responsibility for own work and provide support to others
• Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role preferably in the aerospace industry
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Special Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
• ITAR requirement
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
