Job Description
Position Overview: Marathon Special Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Co-op to join our team. This co-op offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field working on real-world projects and contributing to the development of innovative solutions over the Fall semester.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.
Conduct research and analysis to support engineering tasks.
Collaborate with senior engineers to create technical documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
Perform testing and validation of engineering designs.
Support the engineering team in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of project progress and results.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
