Job Description
Packing Operations: Execute and supervise labeling visual inspection overprinting sealing and final packaging of sterile products.
Line Clearance & Setup: Ensure line clearance machine setup and readiness of area and materials before initiating batch packing.
In-Process Checks: Conduct leak test particulate check label verification and carton printing inspection to ensure packaging integrity and compliance.
GMP Documentation: Maintain Batch Packing Records (BPR) logbooks and equipment cleaning records in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
Machine Handling: Operate and troubleshoot sterile packing machinery such as labeling machines overprinters and blister or cartonators.
Audit Readiness: Ensure packing area and documentation are audit-ready for inspections from regulatory authorities such as USFDA MHRA WHO and EU-GMP.
Coordination: Work closely with QA maintenance and warehouse teams for material coordination deviation handling and process improvement.
