Back Market is now looking for its next Accountant Apprentice who will report to the Head of Accounting Transformation
You want to develop your skills in management and accounting tasks within a rapidly growing group. Youre looking for a versatile and evolving position so join us!
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
- Managing provider invoices with purchase orders
- Analysis of open purchase orders
- Dealing with providers requests
- Conformity check and accounting recording with analytical imputation
- Analysis of providers auxiliary accounts
- Participation in monthly closings accrual and prepaid expenses
- Calculation and posting of deferred expenses
- Support for the professional expenses tool (organizational updates and transaction accounting)

- Saisie des factures dachats avec commande
- Analyse des commandes ouvertes
- Traitement des demandes fournisseurs
- Contrle de conformit des enregistrements comptables avec imputation analytique
- Analyse des comptes fournisseurs
- Comptabilisation de la trsorerie et suivi des emprunts (rapprochements bancaires rconciliation avec les tableaux damortissements saisie ventuelle des nouveaux emprunts).
- Prise en charge de loutil ddi aux frais professionnels (contrle et comptabilisation des oprations)
- Participation aux cltures mensuelles factures non parvenues charges constates davance.
- Amlioration constant de loutil et de nos process
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
- English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). And you have a B2 level minimum in French to handle our French partners.

ABOUT THIS APPRENTICESHIP:
- Starting date: September 2025
- Duration: 12 months apprenticeship
- Location: Paris France
- Requirement: You must be enrolled in a work-study program providing a contrat dapprentissage / contrat dalternance
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Video-call HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
- Technical test (home assignment prior to the interview) or live case study during the Technical interview with the direct manager (45min)
- Team fit interview with another member of the team (30min)
