Job Description

Senior Human Resources Manager

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team in Seattle WA.

This role will lead a team of Human Resources Generalist supporting the Global Supply Chain and Systems Engineering team within Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T). This role will work closely with multiple Senior Leaders to develop deploy and sustain Human Resources (HR) services focused on attracting developing and retaining engineering talent.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ET&T Global Supply Chain and Systems Engineering HR team to deliver real time engagement and solutions with the business

  • Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. staffing performance support employee movement talent management leadership development etc.)

  • Partner with ET&T global leaders to develop a unified global ecosystem and partner with HR leaders to ensure we enable a fully engaged workforce focused on business unit program and country top priorities

  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g. Onboarding University Relations/Intern Program Technical Learning Leadership Development) and to support the delivery of programs

  • Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

  • Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives

  • Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services

  • Provide coaching and development to the HR team

  • Travel up to 15% domestically

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience leading direct reports

  • 5 years of experience working in Human Resources

  • 5 years of experience collecting interpreting data and managing/reporting out high level projects for executives or senior leadership

  • 5 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Leading large-scale transformations change processes or implementing organizational transformation

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams

  • Experience working in a global setting

  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
