Space to Thrive is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Public Pre-K Teacher to help lead a high-quality mission-driven early childhood program. This role will be based in our public Pre-K classroom which will serve sixteen public Pre-K students. Additionally a second classroom in the program will include a mix of public and private Pre-K students fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning teacher will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe engaging and developmentally appropriate classroom aligned with licensing standards and Chapter 124 requirements. A consistent daily classroom schedule must be followed to support structure and the classroom this role emphasizes family and community engagement. The teacher will support parent involvement build strong home-school relationships and participate in outreach to increase the programs visibility and strengthen community position also includes a curriculum and instructional leadership component. The teacher will help implement a developmentally appropriate play-based curriculum that reflects best practices in early education.
