This position is based on-site at our office in Windham New Hampshire.
The Opportunity:
Reporting into the Manager of Transition Solutions the Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of our project-based staffing solution with our internal and external key stakeholders. This role will be directing our project team through all milestones and deadlines from the launch of the project to conclusion ensuring the highest level of customer experience is delivered at each juncture. You will be an integral part of the team here at Medicus Healthcare Solutions collaborating with our internal production team along with clinical and operational leaders at healthcare institutions across the country to deliver critical staffing coverage.
In this role you will:
- Act as the primary contact to effectively launch manage and conclude staffing projects
- Establish key deadlines to ensure successful project launch such as recruitment credentialing and orientation deadlines
- Create and deliver project materials such as client background assessments status presentations and project status reporting
- Management and communication of project milestones and performance to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify project challenges such as client engagement or scope change and partner with all parties to identify solutions
- Initiate quarterly business unit reviews with client and Medicus team to highlight performance and progress against project
- Identify conclusion of project and lead post implementation review
- Develop reference library for new business development
