Central School is seeking a dynamic effectual team member to join our Supportive Teams for Educational Progress (STEP) team. Candidates for this position will be responsible for following positive behavior support plans written by a BCBA to support students behaviorally socially and emotionally as well as provide some academic support in classroom settings when needed. Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential highly applicants for this position will have two years of college level education preferably in the area of early childhood or elementary education or pass the ParaPro assessment. Candidates should have an ability to support behavioral and social skill development in a general education environment and strong communication problem solving and collaborative skills. Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in a school or home setting is highly preferred.
