General Application - Concrete Construction
T&T Construction Management Group Inc. is a leading concrete construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and innovative solutions. We are always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are interested in hearing from individuals with experience and/or interest in various roles within concrete construction including but not limited to:
- Project Management: Project Managers Assistant Project Managers Project Engineers
- Supervision: Superintendents Assistant Superintendents Foremen
- Estimating: Estimators
- Field Operations: Concrete Finishers Carpenters (Formwork) Rodbusters Laborers
- Quality Control/Assurance: QC Technician QC Layout
- Safety: Safety Specialists Safety Managers
- Administrative/Support: General or Project Administration Marketing Accounting HR and IT staff.
Desired Skills and Qualifications (vary by role):
- Proven experience in concrete construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction principles methods and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. OSHA) are a plus.
