We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto join our team of professionals. Responsibilities: - Managing the requisition process; loading job descriptions into the ATS with accuracy.
- Managing job postings and seek out new innovative sourcing avenues to reach qualified candidates.
- Managing ATS (Paycor) processes including offer letters background screenings and hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruitment status.
- Creating and extending offer letters. Conducting reference and background checks prior to the onboarding of a candidate.
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires.
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing recruiting activity reporting weekly via Excel.
- Reporting via Excel on employee referrals.
- Onboarding of new employees via UKG including new hire documents and candidate support.
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the onboarding process.
- Working directly with HR Business Partners during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Responsible for coordination of recruiting activities such as conference registrations and supplies.
- Occasional travel to conferences may be required.

- Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization with external candidates and build relationships.

- Flexible able to change direction quickly. Excellent oral and written communication skills an ability to multitask strong attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.
- A track record of demonstrating strong work ethic integrity and personal accountability.
- Organized with strong time management and problem solving skills intense attention to detail and accuracy ability to prioritize.
Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience: - Experience with Applicant Tracking system a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office strong Excel skills.
- 1 year experience in recruiting human resources sales marketing customer service or similar environment.
