Job Description
As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team and be a driving force behind our people strategies. Reporting directly to the General Manager of People & Capabilityyou will play an integral role within the HR team working in partnership with leaders across our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operational teams and Leaders: Work closely with operational managers to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on performance management employee relations compliance and ensure a fair inclusive workplace.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage people metrics to provide data-driven insights guiding HR strategies and decision-making.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Foster open communication and create a positive work environment that promotes mutual respect and strong relationships at all levels.
About You
To thrive in this role you should possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a large-scale logistics or blue-collar environment.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and industrial relations particularly within an EA framework.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels.
- A proactive results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
