Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:Qualified applicants must upload a cover letter resume transcripts proof of MA DESE in the appropriate subject as well as three current letters of recommendation
- Planning and Implementation:Design plan and implement lessons that align with curriculum standards including differentiated instruction and assessments to meet individual student needs.
- Instruction and Engagement:Teach students in a variety of ways including small group instruction whole class activities and hands-on learning experiences.
- Classroom Management:Create and maintain a safe organized and well-structured classroom environment conducive to learning while also establishing positive behavioral expectations.
- Student Assessment:Observe students evaluate their abilities and progress and communicate with parents about their childs development.
- Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with parents colleagues and administrators and collaborate on school-wide initiatives.
- Professional Development:Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Support for Diverse Learners:Meet the needs of diverse learners providing extra support enrichment or variations in instruction.
