We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with experimental or computational backgrounds to join our efforts in functional genomics. Opportunities are available to contribute to ongoing projects that study how genetic variation impacts cis-regulatory elements using both cellular and in vivo models with a focus on immune metabolic and aging-related phenotypes. We also welcome applicants interested in applying machine learning approaches to model regulatory activity and in developing synthetic gene regulatory elements for therapeutic and biomedical purposes. Candidates interested in applying our experimental approaches to their disease of interest are also encouraged to apply.
