Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Sr. Machinist!

What Youll Do:
Perform highly skilled tasks using a variety of tools to construct modify maintain calibrate and repair hardware equipment and tooling dies jigs and fixtures.
Analyze complex blueprints engineering specifications and general engineering instructions to plan setup and execute work assignments.
Program operate and set up CNC machines.
Identify and repair minor machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls as required.
Provide technical expertise and design input to fabrication processes and in-house process support.
What You Need:
Thorough working knowledge of precision inspection tools to confirm work quality and compliance with specifications.
Extensive knowledge of machining aluminum brass 300 & 400 series stainless steels titanium alloys nickel base alloys copper die & tool steels molybdenum plastics composites machinable ceramics and graphite.
Integrated math skills (i.e. algebra geometry trigonometry) to establish machine setups and execute part designs.
High school diploma and 7-10 years of experience or Associates Degree and 5-7 years of experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of machining experience in a machine shop environment and an additional five (5) years working specifically with CNC machines.
U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:
$61600.00-$82100.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
