The U.S. Indirect Procurement team enables ASMLs success by sourcing negotiating and managing supplier relationships for all indirect procurement-related goods and services. This role is responsible for national and local supply management of all assigned areas of spend. He or she acts as an independent leader actively sourcing managing supplier performance and close alignment with the business and stakeholders As a Category Manager for Engineering Services and IT Services & Software you will lead procurement efforts for two critical spend categories:
You will be expected to drive commercial value mitigate risks ensure compliance and build strategic supplier relationships in these two highly technical and evolving domains.
Travel 25% primarily to San Diego CA suppliers Netherlands (HQ) and other ASML U.S. locations as needed.
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:
Pay scales are determined by role level location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to job-related skills relevant education and experience certifications abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
