What Youll Do
Serve as the MDs right hand: manage scheduling calls contracts travel projects and communications.
Onboard new hires facilitate training access and ensure smooth internal processes across departments.
Draft professional correspondence employee contracts recruitment materials and other key documents.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to move deals and initiatives forward efficiently.
Occasionally handle personal errands for the MD with discretion and professionalism.
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Admin ideally in a fast-paced high-expectation environment.
Committed to a career in operations/adminnot a stepping stone.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong business writing and grammar skills.
Proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident managing competing priorities and making decisions with minimal oversight.
Familiarity or interest in finance legal documents and business operations is a plus.
Bachelors degree preferred (Finance Economics English or Business Administration).
