The Senior Supervisor will have overall responsibility for the maintenance and reliability of the pharmacy automation equipment while working in a clean climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment performance software and or applications to minimize downtime and maximize patient service.
- Monitor and engage the team to improve Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Act as the first level of Management Response.
- Build strong teams through continuous training/development for the team. Evaluate team and individual performance.
- Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports and provide feedback for end of year reviews.
- Collect analyze and issue corrective actions as needed for routine daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual operating reports.
- Oversee and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience leading within an industrial maintenance or reliability team.
- Computer knowledge including MS Office application
- Demonstrated ability to lead a workgroup or project team
- Results-oriented coupled with the ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing processes responsibilities work environments as well as making independent decisions quickly.
- Well-developed communication skills (written verbal and presentation) and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and leadership
- Effective motivator and self-starter
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include various shifts and or weekend days.
- Willing to travel up to 10%.
