Job Description
EXPECTANT/BIRTH PARENT COORDINATOR:
Administrative position coordinating services for pregnant women requesting assistance from adoption Agency. Screening and support for expectant mothers.
Duties include:
- initial screening and relationship building with expectant/birth mothers throughout the pregnancy.
- obtaining all available prenatal records and securing medical records on mother and baby after discharge from hospital.
- liaison between out of state agencies/attorneys and AWL and AWL attorney
- maintaining files according to EEC regulations and closing files when appropriate.
- manage Facebook Twitter and other social media accounts for agency.
All full-time administrative staff are required to learn all aspects of the functioning of the office. Other duties will be requested as necessary.
Qualifications:
BA degree
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent social media skills; manage & navigate agency social media accounts.
Computer Skills; PC Word Excel
Ability to multi-task
Work as a team member
Excellent organizational skills
Salary Range: $45000.00 to $55000.00 annually dependent on experience. Plus benefits including health dental vacation personal/sick time 403B

Adoptions With Love is a private non-profit licensed full-service domestic adoption agency. Since 2001 under the direction of Amy Cohen and Nancy Rosenhaus over 360 new families have been created. Birth parents continue to receive compassionate and comprehensive counseling during the adoption process and on-going support afterward. Some of the AWL birth parents still call today and stay in touch with the staff updating Amy and Nancy about their lives. In May 2016 Adoptions With Love celebrated their 30th anniversary and over 2000 placements of beautiful children with loving families. Now in 2019 AWL has completed over 2500 placements.
