HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT

TMH Physician Partners Bradfordville (primary care) is looking for a Practice Administrator I.

The Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. The Administrator takes the lead in developing the action plan to move the practice in the direction provided by the Vice President of Operations in concert with the practice physicians. The Administrator is responsible for (but not limited to) the following: planning financial management personnel management policy development clinic management regulation compliance staff development etc. Manages all departmental budgetary responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with expectations and desired outcomes as established by his/her immediate superior and the office of the CFO. Includes meeting budget demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Demonstrates sound problem solving with solutions/recommendations that are sound practical efficient economical and reasonable. Develop/implement the staffing pattern for colleagues. Take final responsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions departmental issues employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions as required.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration

Required Experience:

  • Minimum: Three (3) years of job related experience Preferred: Five (5) years of experience in Administration of a physician office

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of how specialty practices integrate into a complicated health system.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to advance the network in growth.
