Role Description
An experienced Assist Company Secretary to provide company secretarial and corporate governance support to the Company.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Responsibility for providing full support to the UK Board Risk Committee the UK Board Audit Committee working with the Chief Risk Officer Chief Finance officer and Chairs of committees on agenda forward planning and to collate meeting packs and produce minutes of meetings and track to closure actions arising from meetings.
Providing support to other Board and Committee meetings as required by the business to include providing guidance and training to colleagues charged with responsibility for supporting meetings Support the Chair Executive and Non-Executive Directors of each Board and Committee as necessary.

Act as Secretary to the UK Board Risk and Compliance Committee
Act as Secretary to UK Board Audit Committee
Act as Secretary to Management Risk and Compliance Committee
Act as Secretary to other management committees as required
Governance & Compliance
Support General Counsel in the ongoing maintenance of a Group Governance Framework.
Statutory & legal Compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and other regulatory requirements where required.
Experience required
Primary requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Company Secretary preferably within a regulated environment
Financial Services experience is essential
Extensive experience of supporting Board Risk Committees and Audit Committees
