The team
You will support the Senior Manager to lead a team of motivated people (around 20) that ensure care and support providers are delivering high quality services.
We have an ambitious vision for the future and need our services to change and innovate. You will be at the forefront of shaping our care market to find ways to deliver a more personalised offer and connect people into their community. Our services matter to people and you will be at the heart of making sure that we get it right and outcomes for people are improved.
The team has embraced hybrid working and as a member of the leadership team you should plan to be in the office 3 days a week. To promote team interaction our office days are usually Mondays and Wednesdays.
