Location: Norwich
Salary: Circa 85000

This role would suit an experienced infrastructure solutions architect or technical leader with a strong background in outsourced services particularly within financial services.
Its ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership role bringing expertise in Active Directory transformations infrastructure migrations and operational oversight.
A bit about the job:
Youll be joining a newly established team dedicated to leading the oversight of Avivas outsourced on-prem infrastructure landscape.
Youll be at the heart of architectural management supporting migration waves and ensuring technical operational excellence across infrastructure capacity and vulnerability management.
Youll lead a team of experienced technicians balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals. Your leadership will be key to maintaining service continuity while driving forward critical transformation initiatives.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure change programmes in outsourced environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
Deep expertise in Active Directory transformations and infrastructure migration strategies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across infrastructure and application teams to deliver change.
Proactive approach to risk and control management in a regulated environment.

Salary Circa 85000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
