Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes.
- Engage with clients and participate in sales activities to foster business relationships.
- Focus on high-volume recruitment for entry-level positions across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including CV screenings interviews and skills evaluations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source the best talent and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Meet and exceed performance targets in a dynamic results-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Experience in Recruitment: minimum 1 year
- Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes preferably if you worked in a recruitment agency before
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload remotely.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. ATS systems).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely.
