Job Description
Wild Ridge Landscapes is an award-winning mid-sized landscape company looking to add a construction crew lead hand to our team.

Reports to:
Landscape Construction Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Have 3 years of hands-on landscape installation experience especially in construction
- Ability to build retaining walls interlocks water features pools firepits and fireplaces
- Ability to both take and give direction in a team environment
- Knowledge of grading excavation job site organizing reading and interpreting landscape designs
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather and take pride in their work
- Quick learner with a keen eye for detail
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job (lift min. 50 lbs)
- Class G license with a clean abstract is a must
- Knowledge of landscape products power and hand tools and installation techniques
- Truck-trailer kid steer excavator tractor or other heavy equipment experience
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in building and installing custom landscape features including planting hardscaping grading and site preparation
- Build retaining walls interlocks water features pools firepits and fireplaces
- Demonstrate leadership skills required to help run the worksite efficiently
- Assist in organizing the site ensuring a safe workplace and gathering materials
- Use of skid steer mini-excavators stone saws plate compactor and other hand and power tools as trained or certified
- Timely submission job-related documentation
- Participate in the goals and objectives of Wild Ridge Landscapes including the building of a company culture that is always respectful inclusive and motivated to provide excellent results and to constantly be growing in knowledge and skills.
