About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will contribute to the development and implementation of the strategy of the Directorate by providing strategic and operational HR expertise insights and best practice. In addition to organising the planning budgeting and reporting of activities within the People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnering team the incumbent will coordinate key processes and prepare regular management reports. The incumbent demonstrates leadership with the P&C Business Partnering team in driving a culture and practice within P&C that places the client at the centre.
You will partner with senior / executive leaders across multiple Corporate Directorates and the Aged Care Directorate to translate business and strategic objectives into targets tactical plans and action steps to be implemented.
You will lead through the business partnering team or through collaboration with key stakeholders the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources including employment/education training and development compensation & benefits records administration diversity and inclusion employment/industrial relations strategic workforce analysis talent attraction and resource planning organisational change management WHS and Injury Management.
