As a Data Visualisation Executive you will be responsible for transforming data into insightful and engaging visuals. This role bridges the gap between data analysis and impactful storytelling supporting various research projects within various research departments.

WILL YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

• Data visualisation: You convert research data into visual PowerPoint reports and dashboards that are easy to understand for both internal teams and clients.
  You support researchers across teams by understanding aggregated data and presenting key insights visually. You do this by selecting the right data and creating clear charts tables diagrams for our clients.
• Dashboards: You will support the dashboard team with updates to dashboards in Power BI other online platforms and Excel.
• Process optimisation: You actively think about how we can improve our visualisation processes and how we can present data in a more effective and efficient way.
• Collaboration: You will support and train researchers in the effective use of the Ipsos reporting Tools at our three locations Ghent Antwerp and Leuven.
• Innovation and Best Practices: You stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data visualisation and continuously look for new innovative ways to present data effectively. You will help improve the reporting tool together with the developers.
• Quality assurance: You ensure the accuracy and quality of all data visualisations and reports respecting Ipsos quality standards.
• Project management: You will manage multiple visualisation projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

WHO ARE YOU

• You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as graphic and digital media business management or communication management.
• You are communicatively strong and enjoy sharing knowledge helping others. You enjoy being a point of contact in the office and exude energy and grinta.
• You have a creative eye for design and understand how to present data attractively and understandably. You have a sense of layout and design.
• You are a quick thinker with an analytical mindset and are able to transform complex data into visual understandable information.
• You have a problem-solving mindset with a logical understanding of data.
• You are completely at home in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel charts these hold no secrets for you.
• Experience with advanced data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA C# is a plus.
• Experience with databases and data mapping (e.g. Access SQL Power Query) is a plus.
• You have a keen eye for detail pursue quality and perfection work flawlessly.
• You are deadline- and result-oriented and enjoy working efficiently and effectively.
• You enjoy new challenges and want to keep up with the latest trends in data visualisation software.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
