Position Overview:
As a Facilities Technician youll take the lead on maintaining and repairing critical systems across multiple restaurant locations. Youll be hands-on with HVAC refrigeration electrical and plumbing systems helping prevent issues before they happen and solving problems when they arise. This role is ideal for someone whos skilled in HVAC/small refrigeration takes initiative and works equally independently and as part of a team.
What youll do:
- Conduct regular inspections of restaurant facilities including HVAC plumbing electrical systems and kitchen equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
What youll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance repair and installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems troubleshooting and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check drug screening and physical exam
