Job Description
Position: Full-time Custodian
- Details: Full-time position
- Immediately eligible for health benefits life insurance and retirement (pension) system
- 30-40 hours per week

- Preferred- Successful maintenance/cleaning experience
- Preferred- Skills abilities experiences in light maintenance inspections and general cleaning experience with cleaning tools (T-300 scrubber etc.)
- The ideal candidate must have abilities to positively communicate collaborate and work well with others and be able to perform team facility improvement projects.
Qualities of a Desired Candidate Include:A track record of success as evidenced by positive relationships positive communications and strong recommendations from previous employers.

Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning- (sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and other general cleaning)Administrative offices and areas kitchen storage closets caf dining areas daily kitchen and dining garbage removal etc.) Other areas as needed or directed throughout the school day to include cafeteria bathrooms classrooms and gym
- Stocking (Re-stock and re-order towels hand soap toilet tissue trash liners etc.)
- Light maintenance- Changing light bulbs moving furniture unloading trucks and other requests as needed by school administration.
- Inspections/Reporting- Inspect previous shift cleaning reporting deficiencies to supervisor request maintenance needs to supervisor
- Ability to perform any physical duties associated with this position (e.g. lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis sitting for long periods of time walking seeing standing for extended periods of time etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by administration
