Job Description
A regional leader in fire protection solutions has an opportunity for an Branch Managerto lead support and grow a branch in the Fort Myers area. This person would be encouraged to operate in a method they see best to grow and refine the branch.
They have recently grown significantly and are in need of a leader who understands who to run and manage multiple teams handle P/L duties plan strategic direction and goals and maintain and grow the company brand. This is a regional leader in the fire safety world that has elite support and growth opportunities along with a rare atmosphere and culture. Truly a forever home for the right-minded individual.
This person would need:
- Branch level equivalent or higher experience.
- Strong leadership qualities as this individual will set the tone and morale.
- Strong knowledge of the any fire dicipline. (Alarm Suppression Sprinkler Special Hazard).
- Work with the senior leadership team on direction and operation of the branch..
- Industry-leading compensation benefits and perk packages.
This positions compensation would be a mix of base/bonus/car allowance. Relocation package is also an availible.
