SCHEDULE:
8-4:30p Saturday & Sunday
UNIT DETAILS (Behavioral Health- Neenah Hospital):
This 19 bed unit serves a great purpose in the community treating various health needs. Our compassionate team is comprised of Psychiatric hospitalists RNs CNAs Occupational Therapists mental health therapists utilization specialists and administrative professionals. This environment allows for collaboration and learning on a daily basis. Our team is dedicated to the highest quality of care and fosters great learning opportunities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Leads groups events and activities throughout the community to increase psychosocial wellbeing and customer satisfaction.
Completes leisure assessments on new patients or residents to comply with state regulations and to make sure resident needs are met.
Assists with the development and implementation of a plan of care based on leisure needs and documents appropriately to meet state and federal regulations.
Assists in the planning and implementation of the monthly activity calendar to ensure residents are notified of upcoming activities and events.
Schedules entertainment and local groups that will enhance the customers experience.
Collaborates with multiple disciplines to ensure patient/resident needs are being met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Normally works in climate controlled office environment
Equal sitting and standing with movement throughout campus
Use of computers throughout the work day
Standing for long periods throughout day
Occasional outdoor activities
Part-Time
