Job Description
The Opportunity
The Senior Creative Strategist is instrumental in aligning creative strategy with business outcomes. This position will collaborate closely with brand digital and commerce strategy to establish and drive the creative vision across various initiatives and platforms. This role requires a creative visionary who supports and solves challenges for business teams and external partners ensuring the effective portrayal and strengthening of our brand in all endeavors. As the Senior Creative Strategist you will work hybrid from our West Chester headquarters and come into the office 4-6 days per month bi weekly on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
Your Impact
- Utilize your comprehensive knowledge to develop strategies in collaboration with business and brand teams translating insights into creative guidance and solutions. Present these strategies to management and stakeholders in an engaging manner that aligns with brand values.
- Partner with execution teams across Brand Creative Content Merchandising and Platforms to ensure successful implementation of creative initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in partnership with project leads ensuring consistency with strategic objectives and addressing any emerging challenges.
- Partner with Consumer Insights and Customer Experience teams to mitigate complex problems using data to convert business and consumer information into actionable brand insights.
- Stay informed about cultural technological and market trends to contribute to strategic and creative innovation within the industry.
What You Bring
- You hold a bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Creative Arts or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful creative strategies.
- You have 3-5 years of Strong understanding of digital media branding and content creation.
- Adaptable to changing industry dynamics and capable of quick decision-making.
- Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills.
