Our Shift Leaders assist in the daily operations of the business:
Coordinate daily restaurant management operations within our Core Values by ensuring the brand is protected with good decision making
Customer Satisfaction

JOB CHARACTERISTICS:
Each day is different from the next especially in personal interactions. It is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously therefore multitasking as well as delegation is a must.
Very socially focused; requires how may I help you attitude. Lots of attention is spent on building and maintaining relationships both in the community and within the organization especially where training and assisting the team fosters the relationships for further advancement.
Adherence to established guidelines and procedures where it is important to involve other leadership in the decision-making; there is a need to build consensus rather than make decisions alone.
Open flowing communication is important. This position requires working with and through others especially in an assistant role. There is a need for a persuasive selling (rather than telling) communication style.
Team environment: Shift leader must be willing to jump in and roll up his/her/their sleeves to help when necessary. Position requires someone who leads by example with first-hand knowledge of areas of expertise. Strong friendly follow-up necessary on tasks delegated to ensure proper results.
Job Details and Benefits:
Salary Range $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Our sweet California tomatoes are harvested at the peak of vine-ripened perfection and fresh-packed from field to can in 10 hours. A years worth of Romeos signature pizza sauce is harvested in 70 days in Modesto CA. The combination of this sauce freshly made dough and hand-cut vegetables create a delicious memorable pizza that makes memories.
