Ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing financial data related to property operations leases and tenancy.
- Evaluating investment opportunities forecasting trends and ensuring the financial health of Peak Managements overall portfolio.
- Developing financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
- Perform property audits rent roll reviews pricing revenue past and current and leasing trends etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Operations Financial IT and Human Resources to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Ideal candidate will have the preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required.
- Two years of professional experience as an accountant auditor or computer programmer analyst OR valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate with at least one year of professional experience as an accountant auditor or computer programmer analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including functions such as VLOOKUP pivot tables complex formulas and data analysis tools.
- Three years of multifamily experience.
- Previous Entrata experience a plus.
