Facility ManagerJob Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee a portfolio of vacant industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will focus on the preventative maintenance of key building systems ensuring these facilities are maintained in a safe and operational condition while minimizing risk and preventing costly repairs. The role will also involve implementing a robust inspection program and managing reactive remediation work as needed to maintain building integrity and protect long-term value.Job Description

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
