We are seeking an Administrative Assistant /Office Manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant /Office Manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Quickbooks Invoicing and Inventory (Quickbooks Pro Manufacturing experience required)
- Responsible for Accounting both payables and receivables (Bookkeep experience needed)
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop implement and maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience with Quickbooks Pro is a must. Must also have accounting knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
We are a small family based manufacturing and wholesale distribution company. We need someone that is multi skilled and able to help us stay organized and on track. You will be responsible for basic office duties as well as invoicing accounts receivable ordering of inventory scheduling shipping and maintaining inventory. Proficiency in Quickbooks Pro and the manufacturers edition is important to this job. A knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is also needed. This is a multi task job that will keep you busy.

One of our main focuses is to ensure the customer has an integral part in the design of the product. We want them to have exactly what they want and not some off the shelf design which they will see again and again at the car show. The individuality of hot rodding is what makes it the remarkable sport that it is. We love having customers call us and relate stories of their experiences and interactions with people asking how they ever found the wheels for their cars.
