Job Description
Practice Setting: Facilities: Post-Acute Care Long-Term Care Independent and assisted living
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 5-7 for 2- or 3-day request
Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 clinic physician
Number of Mid-Levels that Provide Coverage: 2
Number of Exam Rooms: N/A - patients seen in their listed rooms: sub-acute assisted living and independent
Services Available On-Site: Facility Resources
EMR: Epic point click care quickmar
Trauma Level/Designation: sub-acute assisted living and independent
Other Geriatricians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: The first week of 7/28 there may be a Geriatrician who is able to help round prior to maternity leave.
