POSITION: Bilingual Operations Specialist
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: 7/1/25 - 6/30/26 Assignment
LOCATION: Miami FL
- Training period 120 days- 100% onsite- hours for training will be discussed during interview process but likely 9am-5pm M-F or possibility of aligning with Mexico hours based on who will be training.
After training will transition to Hybrid role- 3 days on-site 2 remote

PAY RANGE: $21.03/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. Requests consist of treasury cash management card and/or depository products. May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries issues and/or technical support.
First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.

Required Skills:
*Spanish and English required Portuguese a plus. *
1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.
