Job Description
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials reagents instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving shipping and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning scheduling coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.
- Plans daily work of team allocates and prioritizes tasks to ensure flow of material is continuous and on-time
- Coordinates with Logistics/Planning/Purchasing and Manager to meet Quality and On-Time Delivery.
- Maintains ability to perform all functions within team in order to back-fill and train.
- Maintains all procedures for the processes used to execute functions of the team
- Ensure these processes are followed and carried out in safe and timely manner through performance management and process definition
- Ensure proper 5S practices are followed and that areas including docks are kept clean and orderly
- Ensures accuracy of inbound and outbound materials through physical verification documentation and transactions
- Uses sound judgement to resolve reconcile and correct inventory discrepancies while driving continuous improvement
- Responsible for material presentation and storage of material to ensure efficient material movement safe storage and optimization of space
- Execution and set-up of warehouse Kanban and Consignment
- Other duties as assigned.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $21.00 - $21.90 USD per hour.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable.
