As the Senior Associate Sustainability Performance you will be joining the Sustainability Team who are doubling down on customer obsession.
The role owns
- NABs understanding of customer sustainability-related insights and research working in partnership with brand product and distribution teams.
- Enterprise-wide sustainability-related contributions for customer engagement and due diligence requests.
- Collation and management reporting of performance data against NABs strategy for leadership and performance forums.
- Relevant content for communication platforms (intranet internet workplace comms).
- Documentation of procedures appropriate governance documentation and risk processes.
The role supports
- Research into emerging sustainability areas of risk and opportunity.
- NABs approach to respecting human rights.
- Investor engagement activities.
- Broader project support where required e.g. customer value proposition development
- Operational efficiency and productivity of the Sustainability Performance team.
What youll bring
- Extensive experience in a similar role sustainability experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear demonstrated customer-centricity paired with strong commercial acumen
- Experience in project management
- Research and analysis experience
- Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and make good timely decisions that keeps the program moving forward
- Bachelor level degree (sustainability environmental/social science or business preferred).
