The Manager M&R Process Performance & Information leads a diverse technical team driving performance aligning with business goals and promoting standard work management practices. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects resolving operational challenges developing KPIs ensuring quality maintenance procedures and recommending SAP improvements to enhance processes.

Work Environment:
This position can be located in Calgary AB or Lloydminster SK
What youll do:
Lead coach and mentor a high-performing technical team across trades and specialties
Manage team performance through regular feedback development and reviews
Align team activities with business objectives by translating strategic direction into clear tasks
Execute M&R project plans within budget and financial guidelines
Resolve operational challenges by deploying the right people and resources
Achieve results through effective use of people technology and processes balancing hands-on work with leadership
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Post-secondary education in Engineering or Technology
Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with EAM systems (e.g. Maximo SAP)
Maintenance Management Professional certificate or equivalent an asset
Proven management and leadership experience including team development and mentoring
