Offering the below BENEFITS:
- FULL TIME RATE $80 to $85 Full time 11.5% Super on all hours
- ROSTER 2 and 1 2 and 2 8 and 6 - open to discussion
- DAYSHIFT ONLY Due to the nature of this position within our team
- SITE LOCATION Goldfields Mine Sites
- FIFO LOCATION WA to SITE
- ON-SITE ACCOMODATION Gym / Wet and dry Mess
- FORTNIGHTLY PAYS Smooth transition into the role

What your day looks like:
Applying your technical expertise supporting a structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet
Be a hands-on mentor upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience
Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards
Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact
What well need from you:
5 years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar Komatsu and Hitachi. (As listed below)
Australian NationalMobile PlantMechanic / Diesel FitterTrade Qualification
Experience in either a Field Service or Leading Hand Role would suit well
Friendly communication skills with a focus on the team and company culture
