Your day-to-day
- Develop and execute the global CRM strategy defining objectives managing the budget and ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Lead mentor and manage the CRM team ensuring the effective planning execution and data-driven analysis of all campaigns
- Oversee the optimization of the customer journey through advanced segmentation personalization and marketing automation strategies
- Own the global CRM calendar and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing Product BI) to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Drive CRM performance by owning all relevant KPIs analyzing data to derive actionable insights and implementing continuous testing and optimization
- Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations while driving innovation through the implementation of new technologies and AI-driven solutions
Your background and mindset
- 6 years of extensive CRM experience including time spent within the online gaming industry and a preferred Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years in a leadership role with proven experience managing teams in a global or multi-market business environment
- Demonstrates a strong strategic mindset with deep expertise in CRM strategy customer lifecycle management segmentation and personalization
- Extensive hands-on experience with major CRM platforms marketing automation tools and data analytics
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills with a highly collaborative approach to working cross-functionally
- Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment; an understanding of cryptocurrency customer behaviour is considered a plus
